Artist Bio

David Carrales received a camera at age 13 and thought it was the worst Christmas gift ever. Little did he know where the camera would take him as a visual artist in pursuit of beauty. He currently resides in Austin, Texas, with his wife Nancy, and their two cats, Baby Gio and Lincoln, eagerly awaiting another World Series featuring the Chicago Cubs. David serves as an AmeriCorps Artist-in-Residence at Imagine Art Studio.
