Current Volunteer Opportunities:

Imagine Art serves lunch to artists participating in the studio at 12:00 on Tuesday through Friday. We also serve hot dinners on Men’s Night (Tuesday around 6:00) and Women’s Night (Wednesdays around 6:00). We are seeking volunteers to prepare simple hot meals for these occasions. Imagine Art provides the groceries and a meal plan, volunteers are welcome to bring goodies or supplement the meal in any way that they would like.

We are in need of volunteers to water, weed, and harvest our vegetable garden. The garden provides produce for our daily meals.

Artist Mentor
Share your artistic know-how with an artist who works in your medium, and cultivate a one-to-one artist mentoring relationship within our fine art studio. We request a minimum three-month commitment of weekly or bi-weekly mentoring sessions for an Artist Mentor.

Studio “Floater”
Spend time providing encouragement and feedback to various artists in our fine art studio. Help with practical tasks, such as cleaning brushes or organizing supplies, and be a safe and caring presence in our community. Consistency preferred but flexing possible.

Workshop Instructor
Lead a workshop (one-off, or short series) in your area of expertise to introduce our artists to a new medium (encaustic, calligraphy, etc.) or deepen knowledge of a particular technique in one of our existing media (clay, pastel, drawing, acrylics, oil paint, etc.).

Men’s and Women’s Art Nights
We would love for individuals to join our artist community for Men’s and Women’s studio nights. Men’s night is on Tuesday from 4:00 – 9:00 and Women’s Night is on Wednesday from 4:00 – 7:30. These are times for art and fellowship and are a great place to plug in and build relationships with the artists. Volunteers will have access to the Imagine Art art supplies and be encouraged to engage in their own projects.
